The Big 30 is located just 1/2 mile east from Sardis Lake and the Potato Hills South Campground and recreational park with its boat ramp and swimming beach, just off of Hwy 2, not quite 2 miles south of Yanush, OK. Big 30 has legal deeded access right off the end of a dead end paved county road. No one will pass through your property. It is a very private easily accessed paradise. And Yes, there are hunting seasons on both elk and black bear here in Pushmataha County. The present owner has dozed a pad for a cabin up on the mountain where the pictures of Sardis Lake were taken from. It also could be a fabulous food plot for planting crops for your deer.
