The property has good South facing exposure for optimum solar efficiency.  Water: Ground water can typically be found 100 to 250 feet below the earth's surface. Additionally, this area of Oklahoma receives and average rainfall of 50 inches per year so a rainwater catchment system is very practical.  Internet: Satellite based internet service (Starlink) is typically used in remote areas like this.  Propane (LPG) Gas: Propane gas can be purchased from many of the nearby towns.  Septic Systems: Conventional septic systems are commonly installed in this area.  Mail Delivery: Rural mail delivery at the county road or alternatively a PO Box at the local Post Office. Access: This property can be accessed by turning South off a paved county road and traveling roughly 0.7 miles down a dirt road to reach the western edge of the property.
