Florence County remains a tremendous choice for land ownership, not just because the land is reasonably priced, because of the wonderful attributes found in the area. There are so many rivers, lakes, trout streams and public lands to enjoy that the population remains in check. This land shares 1 mile of border with a very large parcel set aside to protect the famous Popple River. Take a hard look at the aerial photos of the property. The river is found just off the northwest corner of the property, in fact it is only 90 feet away from your new hunting land. As you study the pictures you will find heavily used deer trails, mature timber and a very healthy forest that is providing just the right amount of cover and feed for deer, turkeys, bears and grouse.
