Jeramy Stephens is a distinguished Partner and Managing Broker at National Land Realty, where he also serves as the Director of Auction Services. With a career spanning over 25 years in agricultural land brokerage and financing, Jeramy's expertise is unparalleled. He joined National Land Realty in January 2016, after a successful tenure owning a Mossy Oak Properties franchise since 2004. His background includes managing the Brinkley Arkansas Branch Office at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services from 2000 to 2003.
Jeramy’s deep understanding of agriculture, cash flow analysis, return on investment and all financial aspects of farmland transactions sets him apart in the industry. He excels in advising clients on property improvements to enhance value and financial stability. As an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI), where he served as President in 2018 and 2019, Jeramy has made significant contributions, including developing a strategic plan with RLI Staff and the Executive Team to boost membership and advocating for the preservation of the IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
