Richards joined National Land Realty in July 2022 as the company’s Recruiting and Training Coordinator. Throughout her career, Lauren has helped businesses across the country improve recruiting processes, hiring strategies, and talent pipelines. At NLR, she has played a vital role in recruiting and training new agents and helping them understand the resources and support available to them as they begin their careers.

In her new role, Richards will focus on strengthening NLR’s career development initiatives and providing new Land Professionals with the guidance, training, and resources they need to build a successful land real estate business. Her promotion reflects National Land Realty’s commitment to investing in its agents beyond the recruiting process and creating a strong foundation for long-term professional growth.
