Lauren Richards joined National Land Realty in July 2022 as our Recruiting and Training Coordinator. Before coming to National Land Realty, Lauren worked as a Recruiting Consultant where she worked with small businesses across the country on their recruiting and hiring needs. In the eight years she has been in recruiting, Lauren has had the opportunity to speak at several conferences to impact recruiters on ways to improve their skills and has traveled to various states to work directly with managers in-house to recreate their recruiting process and ways to improve their pipeline from start to finish.

Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Professional Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and discovering new places to visit throughout the Carolinas. Lauren is based at Headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina.
