About Me

Lauren Richards joined National Land Realty in July 2022 as our Recruiting and Training Coordinator and was recently promoted to Director of Career Development in September 2026. In this role, Lauren oversees recruiting initiatives, training, professional development, career advancement, and retention strategies while developing programs and processes that support both individual career success and organizational growth. 

Before coming to National Land Realty, Lauren worked as a Recruiting Consultant where she worked with small businesses across the country on their recruiting and hiring needs. In the eight years she has been in recruiting, Lauren has had the opportunity to speak at several conferences to impact recruiters on ways to improve their skills and has traveled to various states to work directly with managers in-house to recreate their recruiting process and ways to improve their pipeline from start to finish.

Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Professional Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. She has lived in Greenville, SC since 2017 and enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's finding new breweries and restaurants to try in the Carolinas, hiking at Pisgah National Forest, or kayaking on Lake Keowee.
