Bickelhaupt brings nearly 30 years of experience advising farms, ranches, and landowners throughout the Northwest, with transactions totaling more than 180,000 acres.

Bickelhaupt comes to National Land Realty from Fay Ranches, bringing extensive experience across a wide range of land types, including dryland and irrigated farms, working cattle ranches, recreational properties, and investment land. 

Throughout his career, Bickelhaupt has advised clients on farm and ranch sales, 1031 exchanges, family succession planning, generational ownership transitions, and strategic sales designed to provide liquidity while preserving agricultural operations. He has also developed relationships with a broad range of buyers, from neighboring producers and private investors to family offices, investment groups, and institutional capital. He holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through the REALTORS® Land Institute.
