Ronnie Richardson Featured on Iowa PBS Market to Market

Earlier this month, CEO of National Land Realty Ronnie Richardson appeared on Market to Market, an Iowa PBS Podcast, to discuss strategies for buying and selling land with Paul Yeager. During the 45-minute conversation, Ronnie explains the changes he’s seen in the land industry since he began working in land real estate in 1995, as well as the ways that the current market differs from that of 2008.

He went on to describe tools for landowners and inheritors to preserve their wealth such as a 1031 exchange or a DST and the ways that these tools can save landowners a significant amount of money in capital gains taxes.
