Matthew Symonds is a land agent in NE with a strong background in ranching, horsemanship, and agricultural properties. Before joining National Land Realty, Matthew worked as a self-employed horse trainer and as a general employee at Sugar Valley Stockyards, gaining valuable experience with livestock, land use, and ranch operations. His firsthand knowledge of ranch life makes him especially well-suited to help clients who want to sell land in Nebraska or buyers looking to buy land in Nebraska for ranching, grazing, equine use, or rural living.

Growing up working on his family’s ranch, Matthew developed a deep respect for the land and a passion for training horses. He specializes in ranch and equine properties, using his practical experience to help clients understand land potential, livestock needs, fencing requirements, pasture health, and facility considerations.

Matthew currently lives in Mitchell, Nebraska, with his dog, Dorkey, and continues to stay active in the ranching and equine community. His connection to rural Nebraska and his lifelong involvement in ranch work give him a strong understanding of what buyers and sellers need.
