Bringing nearly two decades of experience in land sales and forestry, Jamie Thomas joined National Land Realty in September 2024. A lifelong resident of Central Alabama, Jamie possesses an unparalleled understanding of the region's diverse land markets. This deep-rooted knowledge, coupled with his extensive background in forestry, makes Jamie an invaluable resource for clients seeking to buy or sell property in Alabama.

Jamie's career has been marked by a diverse range of experiences within the forestry and real estate industries. He has served as a consultant forester with F&W Forestry, a procurement forester for IndusTREE Timber, and an associate broker with Old Southern Estates Realty & Development. Currently, he also lends his expertise as a forester with Big River Land & Timber. 

Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Auburn University and an MBA from Troy University. As a Registered Forester and Certified Prescribed Burn Manager, he offers specialized knowledge in timberland management and the development of thriving wildlife habitats. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jamie is an active member of the Selma community, contributing his time to Church Street Methodist Church. He cherishes time spent with his family, enjoying activities such as hunting, boating, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. Jamie resides in Selma with his wife Angie, their three children, Caroline, Sarah, and Rhett, and their two dogs, Gus and Shadow.
