About Me

A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with over 25 years of service, Clayton Hahr joined National Land Realty in April 2025, bringing with him not only a lifetime of leadership and problem-solving but also over a decade of experience as Director of Service for L&S Mechanical.

He is a Licensed Master Plumber in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas, and has a deep understanding of both residential and rural infrastructure for clients evaluating undeveloped properties or hunting tracts.

A Wounded Warrior Alumni, Clayton’s career is marked by service and resilience, including numerous military deployments. Outside of land sales, Clayton is passionate about hunting, fishing, Civil War history, and spending time in the Tennessee mountains with his wife of over 47 years, Joanie. They have two adult children, JoJamie and Zach, and enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the region.
