WOW...amazing! I am a military wife who needed to move from CA to FL and was unable to fly to FL to house hunt. I called BO up to interview him and decided to go with him. Best Decision ever! He was so much help every step of the way. Most of the time he answered when I called or called me back right away. He always shot me a text if he was in a meeting and let me know he'd call me right after. One of my main concerns for buying a home was making sure I was in the right school district. He helped educate me on good areas. Which I of course did my own homework there too and he was spot on when giving me advice. If I found a home and wanted a video tour he got it to me as fast as he could. He also lead me in the right direction for an insurance agent and a lender. It was a bit scary buying a home unseen by myself and relying on my agent and home inspection. Everything went smoothly and once I got to FL to meet Bo and his wife Jordan I was incredibly thankful to them for helping me. These to are so kind and educated in the area. You can't go wrong when choosing them.

Bo was great. I was searching for a second home on the beach, and prior to finding Bo, I had called two other realtors who had a big "online presence." These realtors rarely returned my calls, and didn't respond to emails. It was like they didn't think I was serious about buying.
