Born and raised in Southeast Alabama, Averi Whitfield has a deep-rooted passion for connecting buyers with their perfect property. With a strong background in marketing and advertising, she leverages her expertise to showcase the charm and potential of the area she knows and loves.

Averi has helped oversee her family’s restaurant, Abercrombie’s, in Clayton since 2010. Through this experience, she has seen firsthand how visitors come for the outdoor recreation but stay for the welcoming communities and natural beauty—often turning their visits into a search for property. Her goal is to help others make Southeast Alabama not just a destination, but a place to call home.

Averi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Troy University. With years of experience in media planning and digital advertising, particularly in Agriculture Media, she brings a strategic and results-driven approach to real estate. Her ability to market properties effectively, combined with her deep local knowledge, makes her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Averi’s family has generations of expertise in the timber industry and now works alongside her husband as they own and operate their own business serving the timber industry. Their firsthand experience in land and resource management gives her a unique perspective when helping clients find properties that align with their lifestyle and investment goals.

She and her husband, Jacob, live on their farm with their three sons, where they embrace the outdoor lifestyle—hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, caring for livestock, and managing their land. Averi understands the unique appeal of Southeast Alabama, from its pine-covered hills and winding creeks to its historic towns and tight-knit community.
