I live in Virginia, but owned a secluded 60 acre wooded parcel with a lake north of Ozark, AL. I had followed the National Land Realty emails highlighting similar properties for years, and always thought they would be the best agent to list the property with, if I ever decided to sell the parcel. On a trip to Ozark, I contacted agent Averi Whitfield to look over the property and get her recommendations. I was immediately impressed with her assessment of the property, and her Jeep driving skills, boldly driving up washed out logging roads that required pushing down small pines to turn around. We quickly reached an agreement to list the property. She followed up with a great description and photos emphasizing unique and subtle features of the property. She presented a serious offer in less that a month from our initial meeting. There were some details with easements with a third party, which she navigated. The net result was the buyer bought both parcels and all three parties are very pleased. Averi handled everything professionally on her end, while keeping me informed. The entire transaction was closed in under 90 days from our initial meeting, without need for me to travel back to Ozark. Could not ask for more.
