Pat is the Managing Broker of National Land Realty’s Western NC office, is a retired military officer, and Rotarian. Clients hire Pat to help them navigate difficult land transactions, which he does through a consultative team approach. This includes research, analysis, and collaboration with trusted vendors and experts, all executed with skillful project management in order to keep transactions on schedule. He partners with his clients to understand and meet their needs.
