“When you’re talking about $70 Trillion worth of generational wealth that’s going to transfer to the next generation, with $24 Trillion of that being in real estate, what a great time to be in the real estate business!” stated CEO of National Land Realty Ronnie Richardson during his recent appearance on RFD-TV.

Richardson went on to discuss the generational wealth transfer that will occur in the United States over the next 15 to 20 years and the ways that this transfer may impact the agricultural industry as well as the real estate industry.

He also explained the tools available to current landowners to preserve their wealth as well as some advice for individuals in a position to become inheritors over the next few years.
