Jeff Phelps’ involvement with land started when he was very young. A western Nebraska native, Jeff grew up farming dry land crops with his father along the Nebraska/Colorado border. He spent 5 years as a partner with his father in the family farming operation before going to work for the outdoor gear company, Cabela’s. During his 27-year career there, Jeff had a big role in the success of the Cabela’s Trophy Properties program where he led the real estate marketing initiative for ten years. He also spent two years serving as the Real Estate Broker for Cabela’s Ventures, Inc.

Recently retired from his Cabela’s career, Jeff is now an Associate Broker with National Land Realty, based out of our Omaha office and servicing Western Nebraska. He’s been a private pilot since 1988 and is now also the owner of a new business, High Point Aerial Images.

As a land broker, Jeff uses drones to capture eye-catching photos and videos for his property listings. Now, with High Point Aerial Images, he can provide professional drone photography and videography to others in western Nebraska and northeast Colorado.

“My aerial photography business compliments my real estate business very well,” Jeff said. “When talking to potential clients about aerial photography jobs, I mention how I use my drone to create Land Tour 360’s and promotional videos for each of my land listings. This spreads the word about the technological edge that National Land Realty has in the land brokerage industry.”

When Jeff isn’t busy finding his clients the perfect Nebraska property or flying drones, you can find him training for his next bicycle race.
