So I’m not saying we’re selling haunted houses, that would be a pretty small and niche market to sell to. But… how about some pretty neat houses that are absolutely breathtaking and “fally” as a fun October pick-me-up! Let’s get spooky-ish.

  1. McCalla Creekside Residence and Timber

Let’s talk about this staircase! Who else gets Haunted Mansion vibes? Okay – it was a stretch, but let’s still talk about this beautiful home. The property is home to a waterfall and beautiful rapids making it a calming life on the water. This home also has (as we can see in this picture) a beautiful vaulted ceiling with a staircase leading to a secluded loft. Overall, the house isn’t spooky at all, but it makes up for it in the beauty and fall foliage you’ll be able to see during fall!

2. Wolf Creek Road Timber/Hunting Tract with Cabin

So this is quite literally a cabin in the woods! Except this one doesn’t have cameras and scary monsters living underneath it! Instead, it has a nice and quiet surrounding landscape with a lovely creek and 82 acres to explore and hunt on! The cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home that was built in 1986. Sal Branch travels through the property offering a year-round water supply for wildlife such as turkey, deer, squirrels, and other small game.

3. Wills Crossroad Home

Hocus Pocus, you should keep this house in your focus. This beautiful property is 26 +/- acres of pure beauty! The home itself houses 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, not 1, but 2 indoor fireplaces, a wrap-around porch, and a pool! This home is located right outside of city limits and is a short drive to local shopping, schools, and churches. You can enjoy watching deer and other wildlife wander around your property as you sip coffee or tea and just simply take in the scenery.

4. Farm with Tillable Acreage, Hunting, and Pond

Maybe Freddy Kreuger would like this home… because it’s the home of your dreams! Let’s talk about this beautiful home! This home was built in 2000 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, an open floor plan, and red oak flooring and trim throughout! The property also has a second home that can be used as guest housing or a rental property built in 2009 with a full basement. Let’s also not forget the 166 +/- acres this home sits on! You could ATV, hunt and fish, house horses and other livestock and create your own farm, or grow crops on the land!

5. Eagle Lake Lakefront Estate Home

Ever seen the popular Netflix show The Haunting of Bly Manor? Well, I have, and ever since, I’ve wanted my own manor to explore! This one may just do the trick, too. This property of 5 +/- acres houses a large home with 4 bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom for each bedroom, a large kitchen with 4 sinks and a commercial-grade refrigerator, and custom-built kitchen cabinetry. The property also houses many fruit-producing trees including avocado trees, lime trees, mango trees, and blueberry bushes!
