About Me

Susan grew up in Greer, South Carolina, and attended Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. She joined National Land Realty in 2008 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2015 before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2017.

As COO, Susan leads operational strategy and execution for a national organization spanning 40 states and 100 offices. She oversees key operational initiatives that support a nationwide network of agents and staff, working closely with teams across the organization to drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth. Known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, Susan has led numerous company-wide initiatives involving technology implementation, process redesign, organizational change, and business operations. Her expertise lies in bringing structure to complex environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions that improve organizational performance and support the company's continued success.

Throughout her career, Susan has been recognized for her initiative, reliability, and ability to transform complex challenges into actionable solutions. Her leadership has played a key role in developing scalable processes, aligning teams around shared goals, and supporting the growth of National Land Realty into a nationally recognized brokerage.

Susan is married and has two daughters. She enjoys volunteering in her community, supporting local animal shelters, hiking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends, including her dogs.
