William Hunt joined National Land Realty in September 2026 with 20+ years of experience in wildlife habitat management and a decade of specialized experience in marine construction and coastal land development. His career has taken him throughout the East and Gulf Coasts, where he has worked in 10 different states building beaches, creating wildlife habitat, constructing islands, and helping maintain waterways for commercial navigation.

William’s hands-on experience includes constructing and restoring coastal land, islands, earthen containment dikes, levee systems, water containment structures, riser systems, weir boxes, and impoundments. William holds Associate in Applied Science degrees in General Education and Marine Technology.

He also has extensive knowledge of wildlife habitat management, including food plots and other improvements designed to enhance a property's usability and natural resources. His combination of land construction, water management, and wildlife expertise gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges associated with coastal land and rural properties.
