About Me
Boomer brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to help clients buy and sell commercial land & properties. His work spans net lease, multifamily, retail, industrial, and land transactions, with a focus on aligning each opportunity with his clients’ long-term goals.
A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Boomer began his real estate career in 2011 and co-founded Pinnacle Commercial Group in 2015. His background combines the personal attention of an independent brokerage with experience as a principal at a national commercial real estate firm. Now based in the Atlanta Metro, he brings a national network of brokers, lenders, and industry relationships to the clients he serves.
For over a decade, Boomer specialized in net lease and commercial investments, including acquisitions and dispositions tied to 1031 exchanges and portfolio management. While specializing in investments, Boomer found a new passion: developmental and agricultural land. He takes a direct, practical approach to evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, and guiding transactions from the initial conversation through closing. His clients value his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to connect their investment objectives with opportunities both on and off the market.
Boomer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in sports management from West Virginia University. As a former football and track and field athlete at Wake Forest—and a member of its 2006 ACC Championship football team—he brings a competitive spirit and an appreciation for preparation, teamwork, and follow-through to his business.
Outside of real estate, Boomer enjoys hunting, the outdoors, and following Wake Forest athletics, but his biggest passion when he’s not working is keeping up with his kids’ sports teams and activities.
