Trey Spivey joined National Land Realty in April 2026, bringing years of hands-on experience in land management, agriculture, and wildlife stewardship to clients throughout Alabama's Black Belt region. As the owner of Longleaf Pine Straw LLC, Trey has built a career working directly with the land, giving him valuable insight into property management, timber production, and recreational land opportunities.

Through his work managing longleaf pine plantations and pine straw production operations, Trey has developed extensive knowledge of forestry, wildlife habitat management, and land improvement practices. His background enables him to help landowners understand the value of their property and assist buyers in identifying opportunities for recreation, investment, timber production, and agricultural use. As a land agent in Alabama, he enjoys helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and make informed decisions that align with their long-term objectives.

Trey's passion for the outdoors extends beyond his professional life. An avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer, he has spent countless hours exploring and managing the types of properties he now helps clients buy and sell. His firsthand experience with wildlife management and recreational land gives him a unique perspective when evaluating hunting tracts, timberland, and rural acreage throughout Alabama.

Trey and his wife, Jessica, who serves as an educator in Selma City, are proud parents to two children, Hain and Sarah Hazel, who attend Morgan Academy. The Spivey family is deeply rooted in the communities they serve and enjoys spending time together outdoors whenever possible. Based in Alabama's Black Belt region, Trey primarily serves clients in Dallas, Wilcox, Lowndes, Perry, and Autauga Counties.
