About Me

Timothy Huggins combines his conservation and agricultural background with a data-driven approach to land management. He helps clients buy and sell land in Georgia, focusing on agricultural, recreational, and rural properties across East Georgia. Timothy’s expertise allows him to look beyond a property's current state and identify its ecological and economic potential for the future, whether that means increasing productivity, improving habitat, or enhancing long-term value.

Before joining National Land Realty, Timothy served as Executive Director of Delta Wildlife Inc. and Delta FARM, and worked as Southeast Program Manager for both The Trust for Tomorrow and AgOutcomes. He has extensive experience working with farmers, conservation programs, and corporate sustainability initiatives.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Delta State University. He is active in his community, serving with Rotary and volunteering as an Assistant Leader with the Girl Scouts. His hobbies include turkey hunting, saltwater fishing, and golf. He and his wife, Christina, live in Guyton, GA, with their two daughters, Lizzi (10) and Charli (9). Their family also includes two loyal dogs, a Deutsch Drahthaar and a black lab.
