After 16 years in the oil and gas industry, Tammy Kell has begun a new chapter as a Land Professional with National Land Realty in Little Rock. Her background includes working closely with landowners, title, and ownership records, giving Tammy a strong foundation in understanding property rights, land value, and the details that matter in every transaction. This transition into land real estate is a natural fit, grounded in her upbringing and lifelong connection to the outdoors.

Tammy was raised in the country, where faith, family, and time spent hunting and fishing alongside her father shaped her respect for the land. Those early experiences taught her that land is more than property; it represents independence, responsibility, and legacy.

That same passion led Tammy to invest in the next generation, volunteering as a youth shooting sports coach and county leader in the NRA Youth Hunter Education Challenge program. Working with young people, Tammy focused on building discipline, confidence, accountability, and respect for land and wildlife. The goal was never just winning competitions or guns and bows, but rather developing grit, character, and a lasting understanding of stewardship.

Tammy believes land ownership is a foundation for opportunity and long-term security, and she carries that perspective into her work with clients. Tammy's goal is to serve with honesty, reliability, and a steadfast commitment to helping others buy, sell, and invest in land.
