About Me

Savannah McGuire serves as National Land Realty’s 1031 Exchange Specialist, bringing a strong foundation in financial operations, client education, and high-level customer service. With a BS in Mathematical Sciences and a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, Savannah combines analytical skill with a natural ability to communicate clearly.

Before joining National Land Realty, Savannah built a diverse background across customer service, financial handling, and client relationship roles. At Publix, she worked in the Customer Service Office, where she was responsible for cash management, balancing tills and safes, overseeing money services, and supervising front-end staff during daily operations. She later transitioned into life insurance as a Sales Agent at Kemper Life Insurance, where she managed and expanded a book of business, educated Greenville residents on the importance of financial protection, and built lasting client relationships.

Savannah most recently worked as a Closing Key Holder at Foxcroft Wine Company, where she handled end-of-day financial reporting, managed QuickBooks entries, supervised staff, and ensured smooth nightly operations. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys reading, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with her Maine Coon cat, Merlin. She also loves to travel, and her favorite destination so far has been Portugal.
