About Me
Ryan Bolen joined National Land Realty in March 2026 and proudly serves landowners and buyers across West-Central Illinois, with a focus on Hancock and McDonough Counties. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell land in Illinois for farming, recreation, or investment, Ryan brings hands-on experience and a deep respect for the land to every client relationship.
Ryan’s background spans land development, farming, forestry, conservation, and construction. In addition to his work with Pella Corporation in maintenance, he is also self-employed in land development and consulting, giving him practical, real-world knowledge that sets him apart as a land agent in Illinois. His understanding of Illinois farmland, habitat improvement, and property development allows him to help clients maximize the value and potential of their land.
As Chapter President of the LaMoine Valley Longbeards NWTF, Ryan is actively involved in conservation and wildlife management. He is passionate about improving land for both agricultural productivity and recreational use, and he takes pride in leaving every property better than he found it. His approach centers on stewardship, ensuring that the land can be enjoyed for generations to come.
Ryan especially enjoys working with recreational and agricultural properties, helping clients find land that fits their goals, whether that’s hunting ground, farmland, or a long-term investment. Outside of real estate, he spends his time hunting, fishing, and focusing on wildlife habitat and conservation efforts.
Ryan lives in Illinois with his fiancé, Gera, her two boys, Dayne and Decker, and their three dogs: Rosco, Oakley, and Willow. With his strong work ethic, land expertise, and passion for conservation, Ryan is committed to helping clients successfully navigate the process of buying and selling land in Illinois.
