About Me

Rob Hudkins has deep roots in Eastern Washington and a lifelong connection to the agriculture, rural communities, and small-town way of life that define the region. Growing up in a farming community helped shape his appreciation for the land, hard work, and the relationships that hold rural communities together. Those values remain an important part of his life and the way he approaches real estate.

Before beginning his real estate career in 2017, Rob spent 16 years as a teacher and coach. That experience reinforced his belief that relationships matter. Whether in a classroom, on a basketball court, or working with clients, Rob believes in honest communication, hard work, and taking care of the people who place their trust in him.

With nine years of real estate experience, Rob serves buyers and sellers throughout Eastern Washington. While he remains a full-service Realtor, his passion lies in farms and farmland, homes on acreage, ranches, recreational land, and properties in the small towns and rural communities he knows so well. Joining National Land Realty allows him to focus on those properties while combining his local knowledge and personal approach with the resources and national reach of a land-focused brokerage.

Family and community are central to Rob's life. He lives near Fairfield, Washington, and is the proud father of two daughters, Kinsey and Hadley. His significant other, Shannon, and her three boys are also an important part of his life. Rob serves on the Tekoa Golf Course Board, supports local 4-H and FFA programs, and continues to coach youth basketball. He enjoys farming, hunting, golf, and spending time outdoors with his family.

For Rob, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It's about the homes people build their lives in, the land they care for, the communities they call home, and the legacy they leave behind.
