About Me

Rick Fairchild joined National Land Realty in June 2024, bringing with him over three decades of real estate expertise. Rick received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in 1981, before beginning his career in construction and real estate. From 2009 to 2022, Rick worked as a division manager and broker for Mossy Oak Properties of Texas before moving on to Key and Key Realty and Hill Country Luxury Living as a broker associate. Over his 30+ years in real estate, Rick has come to love working with hunting ranches in the Hill Country and south Texas. He most enjoys helping his clients make their real estate goals a reality. Rick is an active member of his community and volunteers with the Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation. In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, chuck wagon cooking, hunting, and fishing. He and his wife Julie, are based out of West Kerr County where they raise miniature donkeys by the Guadalupe River and love spending time with their four children, ten grandchildren, and dog, Cricket.
