About Me

Noah Neighbours joined National Land Realty in August 2026, bringing a lifetime of experience in North Georgia and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to work, maintain, and enjoy rural property. Having lived and worked in the region his entire life, Noah is deeply familiar with the diverse landscapes that make land in Northern Georgia so desirable, from mountain properties and hardwood forests to farms, recreational tracts, and wildlife-rich acreage. As a land agent in GA, he is passionate about helping clients buy land in Georgia that fits their goals while helping landowners successfully sell land in Georgia.

Before entering real estate, Noah spent 11 years at CHART Industries in Ball Ground, Georgia. Starting as a general laborer, he advanced to become a full-time welder and eventually served as the facility's maintenance technician. His work required expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, fabrication, and renovation. Noah later started his own business providing welding and fabrication, handyman services, landscaping, and property management. He also currently manages a 33-acre farm in Pickens County, where he is responsible for animal care, landscaping, and overall farm maintenance.

A graduate of Union County High School in Blairsville, Noah has an extensive background in the skilled trades and property maintenance. His hands-on approach extends well beyond buildings and equipment. As an avid outdoorsman with experience in wildlife habitat management, gardening, food production, and recreational land use, he understands what deer, turkey, and other wildlife need to thrive. Noah especially appreciates diverse properties featuring flowing water, hardwoods, pasture, mountains, natural food sources, and strong wildlife habitat. Whether a client is searching for hunting land, a farm, a recreational retreat, or acreage to build a homestead, he enjoys walking the property and helping identify its full potential.

Outside of real estate, Noah enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, archery, camping, adventure motorcycle riding, gardening, and exploring the North Georgia mountains. He is an avid public-land hunter who enjoys venturing deep into the region's national forests, and he values the full field-to-table experience of harvesting and preparing his own food. Noah also enjoys working with his hands, whether that means property management, farm work, building something new, or tackling a project involving an axe or chainsaw.

Noah and his girlfriend and real estate teammate, Callie Darnell, live in Jasper, Georgia, with their two dogs, Bella and Dawson, and 11 chickens on their mini homestead. His father, Dell Neighbours, is a professional fly-fishing guide in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and helped instill Noah's lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. With deep local roots, practical property experience, and a genuine passion for North Georgia's land and natural resources, Noah is ready to help clients navigate their next real estate opportunity throughout the region.
