About Me

Noah Crawford joined National Land Realty in March 2026, bringing his specialized forestry expertise and passion for land stewardship to clients across Southeastern North Carolina. As the owner of Crawford Forest Management, LLC and a registered consulting forester, Noah offers a unique skill set for landowners looking to buy or sell land in North Carolina and maximize the value of their property.

A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Master of Forestry and the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a B.S. in Environmental Science, Noah combines advanced education with real-world experience. He has worked extensively with private landowners throughout Southeastern North Carolina, helping them manage timber resources, improve land value, and navigate the complexities of forestry and land transactions.

Noah is a member of the Society of American Foresters and is deeply committed to sustainable land management practices. His expertise spans timber valuation, land use planning, and helping clients understand how to position their property for long-term success, whether for recreation, income, or conservation.

Having grown up spending time on his grandfather’s dairy farm, Noah developed an early appreciation for the land and the outdoors that continues to shape both his personal and professional life. Today, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time outside whenever possible. Noah is engaged to his fiancée, Ashlyn, and together they have two Labrador retrievers, Smylie and Cola.
