About Me

Nick has worked full-time in real estate brokerage since 2020. He began his career in residential transactions but quickly transitioned to a focus on commercial real estate. Over the past several years, he has advised clients on lease deals, development projects, and investment opportunities throughout North Carolina.

A native of Winston-Salem, NC, Nick has been closely connected to the Triad area for decades. Beyond real estate, he has developed a broad network of service providers that facilitate successful transactions and project outcomes. Nick’s experience spans a wide range of industries over the past 15 years, including sales, logistics, manufacturing, polymer science, and, most recently, real estate.

Nick graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management. In his free time, you can find Nick golfing, traveling, cooking, participating in local motorsports events, and spending time with his family and friends.
