About Me
Nicholas Gibbons joined National Land Realty in July 2026, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, commercial real estate expertise, and a deep appreciation for the rural landscapes of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Having spent years acquiring, developing, and managing real estate investments, Nicholas understands how to identify opportunities that create long-term value for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
Nicholas began his real estate career in 2019 when he founded Saltwater State Properties, a company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate, self-storage facilities, and single-tenant warehouse properties. From underwriting investments to overseeing construction and day-to-day operations, he has managed every stage of the ownership process.
Living and working throughout the Lowcountry since 2006 has given Nicholas an in-depth understanding of the region's growth, rural communities, and development potential. He primarily serves clients along the Savannah River corridor in South Carolina and Georgia, helping buyers and sellers evaluate everything from recreational acreage and investment tracts to commercial development opportunities. His background in commercial real estate also provides clients with a broader perspective when considering a property's highest and best use.
When he's away from work, Nicholas enjoys spending time outdoors, especially waterfowl hunting and gravel biking. He also enjoys returning to southern Illinois to spend time with family whenever he has the opportunity. Nicholas and his wife, Cortney, live in Estill, South Carolina, with their son, Jackson, three dogs, a cat, and a small flock of chickens.
