Mike Chubb joined National Land Realty in August 2026, with a strong passion for the outdoors and a firsthand understanding of what makes land valuable, enjoyable, and unique. Based just outside Salisbury on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Mike primarily serves clients in Wicomico County and throughout Eastern Maryland. Mike is passionate about helping buyers find the right property and helping sellers showcase what makes their land special.

Before entering real estate, Mike spent five years with the Salisbury Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others. His extensive fire and EMS training has strengthened his ability to communicate effectively, remain dependable under pressure, and put his clients’ needs first.

As a land agent in MD, Mike specializes in recreational and hunting properties and understands the factors that matter to landowners and outdoor enthusiasts, including hunting, wildlife habitat, land management, property access, and recreational opportunities. Whether you're looking to buy land in Maryland, sell land in Maryland, or find hunting land on the Eastern Shore, Mike is committed to providing hard work, honest communication, and knowledgeable guidance throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and photography. He lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with his wife, Christy, and their children, Austyn and Tate.
