About Me
Mason Parcus joined National Land Realty in 2025 and serves landowners and buyers throughout Colorado, with a focus on the Colorado Springs area. Growing up in the Texas Hill Country and later earning his degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Wyoming, Mason has built his career around conservation, land stewardship, and outdoor living.
His experience includes working as a wildlife technician for the U.S. Forest Service on the Bighorn National Forest, where he specialized in habitat improvement, wildlife surveys, and land management projects. He also spent time in agricultural fencing construction for Wyoming ranchers and as a hunting guide in West Texas and Mexico, giving him firsthand knowledge of farmland, ranchland, and recreational properties.
As a Colorado land agent, Mason combines his professional background with his love of the outdoors to help clients find the right property for their goals, whether that’s recreational hunting land, mountain land in Colorado, or residential sites to build a dream home. He also has a deep understanding of conservation practices and sustainable land use, offering valuable guidance for landowners who want to maximize both the enjoyment and value of their property.
Based in Colorado Springs, Mason enjoys turkey hunting, fly fishing, bowhunting, and spending time in the mountains. In the winter, he turns to hobbies like cooking wild game, fly tying, playing guitar, and reading. He and his wife, Brooke, are active members of their local church community and small group.
