About Me
Marshall Tatum joined National Land Realty in September 2024, with experience in agriculture, land development, and outdoor recreation. Growing up in Bladen County, NC, Marshall spent summers working on his family’s hog farms, developing a deep understanding of agricultural properties.
After moving to Wilmington for college, he spent over five years in construction, building pergolas, cabanas, and composite decks, as well as installing paver patios and synthetic turf. His hands-on work with land improvements gives him a unique perspective when evaluating rural and recreational properties.
Marshall also worked as a waterfowl guide for two years, further deepening his knowledge of hunting properties and land management. His background makes him an excellent resource for buyers and sellers seeking to maximize the value of hunting and recreational tracts.
Marshall graduated from East Bladen High School and studied Business and Agricultural Science at Cape Fear Community College. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys waterfowl hunting, turkey hunting, and golf in his free time.
Currently residing in Wilmington, NC, Marshall is dedicated to helping clients navigate the land market throughout southeastern North Carolina. His hands-on experience, love for the outdoors, and commitment to exceptional service make him a trusted land agent in North Carolina.
