About Me

Loren Kumher joined National Land Realty in August 2026 with an extensive background in banking, finance, and forestry to his work as a Pennsylvania land real estate agent. His experience on the financing side of real estate transactions gives Loren a valuable perspective when helping clients navigate the financial considerations involved in buying and selling land throughout McKean County and Pennsylvania as a whole.

Before joining National Land Realty, Loren spent five years with Northwest Bank, serving as both Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. He also has three years of experience as Financial Controller for Generations Forestry, Inc., where he continues to work. His combination of financial expertise and forestry industry knowledge gives him a unique understanding of the factors that can influence land value, particularly when it comes to timberland in PA and other rural properties.

Loren earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Westminster College in 2017 and an MBA from West Texas A&M University in 2022. He also serves on the boards of the Lumber Heritage Region of Pennsylvania and the Kane Area Chamber of Commerce, remaining actively involved in the community and industries he serves.

Based in Kane, PA, Loren works with landowners and buyers throughout Pennsylvania looking to sell or buy land. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his adopted chocolate Lab, Grizzly.
