About Me

Liv grew up in Anderson, SC, and attended Coastal Carolina University, where she graduated magna cum laude with honors in communication and marketing. She joined National Land Realty in July 2021 as a Marketing Communications Specialist and later advanced to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. Liv plays a key role in shaping the company's digital presence in her current position, focusing on advertising strategies and social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Liv is passionate about giving back to her community. She coaches youth volleyball and basketball, helping young athletes develop skills and a love for the game. When she isn't working or coaching, Liv enjoys traveling the world, spending time with friends and family, playing in various sports leagues, and attempting to improve her snowboarding skills.
