About Me

Kelsey Bitton is a Washington real estate agent with extensive experience in commercial and industrial properties, historical property management, and business operations. A lifelong Tri-Cities area resident, she has worked in real estate since 2019 with a strong understanding of how properties function as both investments and places where businesses and communities grow. Kelsey works primarily throughout the Tri-Cities, including Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland, as well as surrounding communities in Franklin County, Benton County, Walla Walla County, and beyond.

Based in Pasco, Washington, Kelsey’s professional experience spans commercial property management, tenant relations, lease administration, financial reporting, and property improvements. Through her work with Great Basin Land and its affiliated companies, she has helped manage a 210,000-square-foot historic commercial property featuring restaurants, retail businesses, and event spaces. She has also coordinated contractors and tenant improvements, managed maintenance needs, and supported the day-to-day operations of income-producing properties.

Kelsey also played a key role in launching and operating the Columbia River Warehouse and Public Market, where she supported local small businesses, artisans, and food vendors. Her responsibilities included coordinating staff and vendors, organizing community events, and administering a weekly farmers market with as many as 40 vendors. Earlier in her career, she worked as a licensed real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty and Sotheby’s International Realty, assisting clients with residential purchases and sales. She is a licensed Washington real estate broker, holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Gonzaga University, and is pursuing an associate degree in Project Management at Columbia Basin College.
