Kelly Balderrama serves as Chief Marketing Officer at National Land Realty, where she leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand, and growth initiatives. She brings a practical, people-first approach to marketing and a genuine understanding of the land industry and the people National Land Realty serves. Most importantly, the glowing feedback from our agents highlights just how dedicated Kelly is to supporting their success and helping their businesses grow.

Kelly and her husband, Matthew, are raising their two children in Central Texas, where much of their family life revolves around faith, rodeo, sports, cattle, and time outdoors.

Her connection to agriculture and the cowboy way of life gives Kelly a unique perspective on her work. She believes great marketing starts with understanding people, telling authentic stories, and building a brand people can trust. She is passionate about helping National Land Realty grow while staying true to the relationships and values that have made the company successful.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and staying involved in her church and community. Her faith, family, and appreciation for the land remain central to who she is both personally and professionally.
