Kathryn Tyer joined National Land Realty in March 2025, bringing 40+ years of real estate experience to the table. As a dedicated MS real estate agent, she has helped countless clients buy and sell land, homes, and commercial properties across Union, Lee, Pontotoc, and Tippah Counties. Kathryn obtained her real estate salesperson license in 1984 and her broker’s license in 1986. She spent nearly two decades running her own successful real estate company.

Kathryn’s professional background extends beyond real estate. She worked at Wal-Mart for 24 years, holding multiple roles both in-store and at the distribution center. She also worked as a tax preparer for H&R Block, gaining valuable knowledge that has helped her guide clients through the financial aspects of buying and selling property.

A lifelong resident of Union County, MS, Kathryn was raised on a farm and understands the value of Mississippi farmland, rural homesteads, and recreational properties. She enjoys working with buyers looking to buy land in Mississippi for hunting, farming, or building their dream home.

Beyond real estate, Kathryn is an active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in New Albany, MS, where she participates in community outreach and volunteer work. She enjoys board games, baking, puzzles, gardening, and spending time with family. Kathryn lives in New Albany and has two children, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and another great-grandbaby on the way!
