About Me
Jordan Garner is a knowledgeable land agent in KS with a strong focus on recreational, hunting, and waterfowl properties. Raised in Southeast Kansas, Jordan has deep local roots and a strong network of landowners, sportsmen, and buyers throughout Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas.
Jordan worked for eight years as a paramedic with Crawford County EMS, followed by six years as a flight paramedic with Medflight serving Nevada, Missouri, and Rogers, Arkansas. He also spent four years as a Paramedic/EMT Instructor at Missouri Southern State University, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
For the past six years, Jordan has worked with T&C Hunt Club as Waterfowl Department Manager and Head Guide, where he manages waterfowl properties, supports clients, and oversees land use for hunting services. His specialization in waterfowl land management gives him a unique advantage when evaluating wetlands, habitat potential, and recreational land value.
Jordan holds an associate degree in Health Science from Cowley County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His combination of local knowledge, professional discipline, and outdoor property expertise makes him a trusted partner for buyers and sellers throughout Kansas and Missouri.
Jordan lives in Webb City, Missouri, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their children, Broc, Abel, Raegan, and Noah. He works primarily across Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas, helping landowners maximize property value and connecting buyers with the right land for recreation, hunting, or long-term investment.
