John Lott is an experienced Georgia land real estate agent with 5+ years dedicated to land real estate. Licensed in both Georgia and Alabama, John helps landowners and buyers confidently buy and sell land in both states.

Before joining National Land Realty, John worked as a land specialist with Legacy Land Company, where he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of property types. His background includes forestry, farmland, recreational land, construction-related properties, and commercial real estate, allowing him to understand land value from multiple perspectives.

John is actively involved in his community and serves as a chapter leader with All Pro Dad. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, football, shooting sports, UTV riding, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Originally from Smiths Station, Alabama, John now lives in Waverly Hall, Georgia, with his wife Michelle. He is the proud father of Carson and Alyssa, and a grandfather to Gracie Donaldson, age two. His deep roots in the Southeast and strong family values shape the way he serves his clients.
