About Me

JC Farmer combines lifelong experience in the land business with modern marketing and technology to help clients successfully buy and sell land in Alabama. Having grown up around the industry, JC learned the fundamentals of property, timber, and acreage from an early age while working alongside his father, a land broker with more than 30 years of experience. That hands-on upbringing gave him a strong foundation for recognizing potential in every piece of land.

Before joining National Land Realty, JC earned his associate degree from Shelton State Community College and worked with his father at Highpointe Properties, where he gained real-world experience listing and marketing land. Today, he applies those skills to connect landowners and buyers through innovative digital marketing, social media, and National Land Realty’s advanced tools.

JC specializes in recreational, hunting, and rural properties and enjoys helping people discover land that fits their lifestyle and investment needs. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He lives in Birmingham, AL, with his Boykin Spaniel, Koda.
