About Me

A lifelong Alabamian, Joe Calvin grew up in Alabama before spending the last several years working in Georgia and Mississippi, gaining valuable business and relationship management experience.

Before entering real estate, Joe worked as an Account Manager with Insight Global for two years, where he focused on corporate sales and relationship management. He then served as Director of Wholesale Operations for Southern Crop for 2.5 years. With a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, Joe brings both business knowledge and a strong work ethic to every land transaction. His ability to negotiate, manage details, and build long-term relationships makes him a valuable partner for landowners.

Joe specializes in farm, recreational, and rural properties across Alabama. Based in Birmingham, he works with clients statewide who want to buy acreage, hunting land, or investment property in Alabama. He is also active in conservation, serving as a member of the Delta Waterfowl Volunteer Committee.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys duck hunting, dog training, skeet shooting, and spending time outdoors. He has two dogs, Cash and Birt, and comes from a large family with ten siblings and step-siblings. His roots and connections across Alabama give him strong insight into local communities and land opportunities.
