Before joining National Land Realty, Jody Hassemer served as CFO of Integra Realty Resources, where she played a key role in guiding financial strategy and operational growth. A licensed CPA in Texas, she is known for her strong analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to align financial performance with long-term business objectives.

With a career built on integrity and results, Jody offers deep insight into financial management, helping drive smart, sustainable decisions across the organization. Her leadership style is both strategic and collaborative, ensuring that teams are empowered while maintaining a clear focus on performance and accountability.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys staying active through tennis and pickleball, having played tennis at the collegiate level and even competing at U.S. Nationals twice as an adult. She is also passionate about giving back through her involvement in dog rescue efforts.

Jody lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband Jerry and their two dogs, Goldie and Abby. She is a proud mother of two, Jake and Chelsey, and a grandmother of two.
