Jeremy Green is an experienced land agent in AL with decades of hands-on work across every stage of land use and development. Born and raised in Chilton County, Jeremy has spent his career working directly in logging, forestry, construction, dirt work, property development, and home building. This background allows him to help landowners and buyers buy and sell land in Alabama with a clear understanding of what a property can become, not just what it is today.

Jeremy’s professional experience includes 15 years in logging and forestry, 4 years in construction, dirt work, and development, 3 years in mill maintenance, 10 years as an automotive construction superintendent, and 4 years in property development, home building, and remodeling, along with sales experience. He is a certified crane operator, skilled with heavy equipment, a welder, and OSHA certified. Having worked from raw timber tracts through grading, elevation, and full build-out, Jeremy understands how to evaluate land potential from the ground up. Jeremy operates primarily in Chilton, Bibb, Autauga, Perry, and Jefferson Counties, offering local knowledge and practical guidance for rural, timber, and development-ready properties.

Outside of real estate, Jeremy enjoys classic cars and antique vehicle restoration. He lives in Maplesville, Alabama, with his wife of 20 years, Chandra, and their six children, ranging in age from 10 to 28.
