About Me

Jackson Cox joined National Land Realty in May 2026 and serves clients throughout Alabama with a passion for land, the outdoors, and helping others make informed real estate decisions. A lifelong Alabama resident, Jackson combines his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for rural properties to help buyers and sellers navigate the land market with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Jackson has worked for more than two and a half years as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. His experience in a fast-paced medical environment has strengthened his ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and carefully evaluate complex situations.

A 2023 graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Jackson grew up in Gadsden and attended Westbrook Christian School. His connection to the outdoors began at an early age, spending countless hours on recreational and hunting properties throughout Alabama. Over the years, he has developed a keen understanding of wildlife habitat, deer and turkey behavior, and the characteristics that make a property attractive to hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. From evaluating timber stands and food plot locations to identifying travel corridors and water sources, Jackson enjoys helping clients recognize a property's potential.

When he's not working, Jackson can usually be found hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, or playing golf. He is also an avid college football fan and enjoys Saturdays in the fall cheering on his favorite teams. His faith plays an important role in his life, and he values time spent with family and friends throughout Alabama.

Jackson and his wife, Makenna, live in Birmingham with their German Shepherd, Willow. Having lived and worked in the Birmingham area for the past several years while maintaining strong ties to other parts of the state, Jackson is proud to serve as a land agent in Alabama and help clients achieve their goals through land ownership.
