About Me
Hunter Tolleson joined National Land Realty in February 2025, bringing hands-on experience in agriculture, wildlife management, and land operations to clients across North and Northeast Alabama. Based out of the Huntsville, AL office, Hunter specializes in helping clients buy and sell land in Alabama, with a focus on farmland, cattle land, and hunting properties.
A full-time produce farmer in Guntersville, Alabama, for over five years, Hunter supplies fresh produce to several farmers' markets throughout North Alabama. In addition to farming, he works part-time for the Marshall County Extension Service as a 4-H Agent Assistant, supporting youth agricultural education. His background also includes operating heavy equipment and serving as a wildlife manager and hunting guide for a large-scale hunting club, giving him a unique understanding of AL farmland and wildlife management practices.
Hunter is actively involved in the agricultural community and is committed to supporting local farmers. He serves as an Area 2 Advisor for Sweet Grown Alabama, a statewide initiative promoting locally grown products. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Marshall County Cattlemen's Association and is a member of the ALFA Young Farmers organization. His extensive knowledge of agricultural land, specialty crop operations, and cattle land makes him a valuable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell land in Alabama.
When he's not working with clients or managing his farm, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, their daughter, Emberly, and their three Labrador retrievers—Tater, Strait, and Milo. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves farming, hunting, and fishing.
