Gunner Pickens joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in May 2024. Before coming to National Land Realty, Gunner received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville and went to work in site development and construction management. Gunner worked for Scannell Properties, American Structurepoint, and is currently a Civil Engineer for Tarr Group, LLC. He has a deep understanding of zoning and construction planning alongside a wealth of experience working with the design and construction of various building types including industrial warehouses, commercial spaces, and more. Gunner is also a member of the Urban Land Institute. In his free time, Gunner enjoys playing guitar, golfing with his friends, and traveling around the country with his family. He and his wife, Tristen, are based out of Franklin, IN, where they live with their son, Roland, and their dog, Pal.
