Eric Ketelsen joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in December 2023, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the land industry! Before coming to National Land Realty, Eric earned his MBA and worked in acquisitions for a large land developer in addition to being a Solar PV consultant for the public sector. He also worked as a banker for 10 years with a focus on construction and small subdivisions. Additionally, Eric has served as the International Chair for his Rotary Club, where he’s helped raise $24,000 for a grant that supplied wheelchairs for people in Nicaragua. Given his experiences with off-market multifamily development land, Eric understands the entitlement process from start to finish. In his free time, Eric enjoys hiking, swimming, and rock climbing. He and his wife, Marianne, are based out of Boise, ID.
