Dylan Russum brings a lifetime of outdoor experience and a strong service mindset to every transaction. Dylan joined National Land Realty in June 2025, combining his deep-rooted passion for land with hands-on experience in hunting, fishing, and land improvement.

Dylan currently works at Molly’s Place Sporting Goods as a firearms sales associate, where he helps customers gear up for success in the field. Before that, he spent five years as a first mate on a fishing charter, ensuring guests had a memorable experience on the water, and four years running his own handyman business, where he specialized in small home repairs, custom carpentry, and woodworking.

His passion for recreational land, hunting properties, and rural homesites makes him the ideal land agent in Maryland for clients who love the outdoors. Dylan knows what it takes to set up a property for seasonal use, whether you're building a retreat or managing land for wildlife.

A craftsman at heart, Dylan enjoys woodworking and building his own custom turkey calls. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, walking nature trails, and relaxing on the water or at the beach. He lives just outside Centreville, MD, with his wife Amber, their dog Jackson, and two cats, Nala and Sam.
